The agreement made by the Holy State of Lugua and Ducentae:

Actions by Lugua

• The church of Lugua will review the buddy system and adapt changes where needed. These changes included, but are not limited to: buddy background check, volunteer leaving, official contact person of the state.

• Lugua will allow Miranda to return to Ducentae and will assist with the transfer. She can return at any time.

• Jeffrey Cole will be demoted to the status of Guan for the period required. The behaviour needs to be under control and will be looked after by his local monastery.  

• Miranda will return to Ducentae but can return at any time volunteerly.

Actions by Ducentae

• Jeffrey Cole will return to Lugua and be served a punishment by our religious laws and standards.

• Buddy Dexter will not be asked to be sentenced in Ducentae, but will face an investigation in Lugua with appropriate punishment.

• Ducentae will remove its naval force from the lake between both countries.
